Framing is going up!

As some of you might know, we re-negotiated our contract with the builder. This was an interesting process that didn't endear us to their Indianapolis sales manager, but we were able to get most of what we wanted. It was amazing how little the sales manager cared about keeping our business. Talk about someone who needs to take some communications training!

Anyway, all is good and we're continuing the building process.

As you can see by the picture the framing is going up. We'll have our final selections meeting next week at the design center and we'll have our final Guardian meeting next week also. Once those are wrapped up we'll be able to focus wholly on watching the home get built.

Based on current projections, they now expect to be done with our town home in January.
