Well, the bad news is that they're not going to be ready to close on schedule. The good news is we won't close until everything is done.
No firm information, but looks like we might close on 1/19 and move on 1/20 now.
We stopped by today and they have finally poured the driveway and front steps and they just finished pouring the back patio. Monday we should have the appliances installed and by Tuesday the blinds, shutters, granite closet and outdoor railings should be done (or at least started).
We're bummed the closing is pushed back, but we're happy that everything will be done correctly when we close.
