Not really broken hearts, just eager apartment dwellers.
I spoke with the sales office last night. Bad news is that no ground has been broken (or staked) yet. Word on the street is that they'll break ground on Wednesday. We'll see. I'll probably run up there Tuesday sometime to see if it's staked.
If their 120 day build estimate is correct, we'll be on track for a Dec. 11 completion date (from 8/13).
We're meeting with Guardian on Monday to try and figure out the low voltage stuff.
Expect a new post on Tuesday or Wednesday.
