Well, according to the folks on site, we're supposed to break ground this week. Not really sure if that's going to happen. Supposedly they staked the ground. I checked on it today, and here's a picture of the build site (ours is the one with the "sold" sign).I'm not really sure what "staking the ground" means, but I'll bet it means actually having stakes in the ground.
I'm sending an email to them to find out what the story is. Hopefully we'll get some dirt moved this week.
